This is a system group see Group with an Id of GroupManuallyClassifiedPowertrainId. It is a child of PowertrainAndFuelTypeGroup. This group is automatically assigned when there are user-made group assignments to any groups under PowertrainAndFuelTypeGroup. While present, the system will not assign any PowertrainAndFuelTypeGroups. It can be removed by a user to resume automatic assignment.
